It is not always necessary that your project will need planning permission, our architects designated to your project will assess your property during your free meet and greet service to see if it falls into the ‘Permitted Development Rights’ category meaning that you don’t need extension planning permission and can get started on your extension plans straight away or whether you will require planning assistance.
